Today I wanted to share my video and my thoughts on the Half Caked Night Show Liquid Shadows (affiliate). These are a water based silicone-free liquid eyeshadow. Most of the range of Half Caked Makeup is silicone free so they're a great option for anyone who is sensitive to silicones. Anyway these liquid eyeshadows have been brilliant when I want a one shadow shimmery eye look.

@mthy.ly Currently loving these @Half Caked liquid eyeshadows, which have been my go to lately because I have been feeling the neutral colors. Vegan, cruelty free, and affordable ($12.00). If I had to pick only one, it’d be Hands Down but Taste of Ink isn’t far behind. Lasted 7 hours before creasing on unprimed eyelids, more than 8 hours wear with a primer but removes easy. Would not rec if you have watery eyes though as they aren’t water resistant. They're super metallic, easy to apply, and blend out like a dream. They're fairly crease resistant but since they're water based they can break down if you have especially watery eyes. Considering my oily double eyelids, they wear around 7 hours with no primers and 8+ when using a primer. Of the four shades I own, Hands Down and The Taste of Ink are my favorite.
