On February 14th, you can pretty much count on Valentine's Day and Sugarpill's Birthday Sale to happen. This year's Birthday Sale is offering 20% their eyeshadows (including the palettes), brushes, and false eyelashes. The newest release of nine Chromalusts is excluded from the sale. The Elecktrocutes are sold out but most everything is still in stock!
