I thought I'd cover my must-have palettes from the line and since I'm big into neutrals, these are all neutral-ish and work-friendly palettes! These should still be available in stores. I haven't been all that impressed with the new palettes that have been coming out so I've prefer the older standbys that were released during their revamp of the line.
From left to right, Walking on Eggshells, Comfort Zone, and Silent Treatment. Swatches are also provided below!
Undoubtedly the most "colorful" of the three picks, the left side is the more typical neutral whereas the right side is the "party" side. I remember the hullabaloo the palette had when it came out just because of the shade on the far right; it wasn't a shade we typically saw in the drugstore. The olive-y silver neutral isn't bad either.
Next up is the Silent Treatment trio.
The middle shade in this palette isn't my favorite (it's a little dry for me) but the pinky taupe and light pink work together to form a brilliant duo that rounds out the palette.
Lastly is the Walking on Eggshells trio.
Lastly is the Walking on Eggshells trio.
And there you have it, three palettes that I think are must-haves from Wet n Wild! Are there any palettes that I didn't list that you think are must-haves? If you enjoyed this post, feel free to scope out the other posts from the Hue in the City bloggers!
Walking on Eggshells is one of my favorite Wet'nWild palettes! Love love love it! Perfect colors for a nice neutral look. :D

These are three of my fave W-n-W shadow palettes. I am also very disappointed in their recent offerings. What happened? They were putting out such gorgeous shadows, now they are back to crap. So sad.
ReplyDeleteGreat post. I love the Wet-n-Wild Comfort Zone palette, and the Walking on Eggshells has become a go to. Especially since it is seriously mimicking some of my favorite MAC shades. Great post!

The wet n wild dupes for shroom and naked lunch are actually creamier than the Mac versions, and I think you definitely get a better color pay off with the shroom dupe.
ReplyDeleteComfort Zone is one of my faves! Love your swatches!
