After trying out some of the awesome lipsticks from Portland Black Lipstick Company, I knew I wanted to have them be one of the companies involved with my Birthday Giveaway. For today's giveaway, I'm giving away one Lipstick and Glitz of your choice from the company. I haven't reviewed the Glitz yet but they are glitter that is eye, lip, and body safe. If you haven't yet, check out my swatches of their lipsticks here and here, along with Jill's swatches of their Darkly Sparkly Glitz and Gold Glitz.

    Either perfect foil or blue lagoon. I dont't usually like lipsticks or not so typical colours, but these scream LOVE me.
